Today’s game was
against Spul'ukwuks (Grade 7s only).
We started the game off with a basket from Josh which got us all motivated, but
Spul'ukwuks managed to get past our defenses and score a couple of baskets. Our
next shift went really well with James scoring a couple of bank shots with the
assistance of Vincent. Spul'ukwuks fouled our players six times leading to 6
foul shots, luckily we scored most of them.
During the second half Spul'ukwuks went aggressive and scored
a bunch of baskets, however that still didn’t stop Vincent from rejecting his
check’s shots over and over again and driving up for a layup.
Unfortunately, that was our last shift and the game ended 26-33 resulting into the boy’s first loss of the season.
